Luosifen (or known as Chinese Snail Rice Noodle) is a Chinese noodle soup with special odor. The stock that forms the soup is made by hours of stewing river snails with sand ginger, star anise and many other spices. It usually does not contain snail meat, but is instead served with pickled bamboo shoot, peanuts, fu zhu, pickled radish, and chili oil added to the soup.
