In 2020, many schools and companies were launching distance learning and work solutions, driving a surge in sales of large-screen devices, most notably tablet computers.
As one of the giants in the Android market, Samsung has never given up on the tablet market and has been updating the product line every year. Last year, the Galaxy Tab S7 series was in need for a long time. Recently, foreign bloggers brought the new generation of Galaxy Tab S8 series of leaks.
According to the released information, Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy Tab S8 series of tablet products shortly, which will include Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Tab S8+ two products, with different hardware configurations.
According to reports, the Galaxy Tab S8 will have an 11-inch LCD on the front, which is the same as its predecessor and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. However, due to technical issues with the LCD screen, the device will not be equipped with an on-screen fingerprint recognition module. Instead, it will have a fingerprint recognition module on the side.
The Galaxy Tab S8+ will feature a 12.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and an upgrade to on-screen fingerprint recognition.
At its core, both Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 models will come standard with Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 888 processor, the industry's first Snapdragon 888 tablet, and will come with at least 6GB of RAM.
In terms of battery life, the Galaxy Tab S8 has a built-in 8000mAh battery, while the Galaxy Tab S8+ will be upgraded to 10090mAh due to the increase of internal space. Both support 45W fast charge technology.
Also, Samsung will offer S Pen support for both Galaxy Tab S8 models for writing, drawing and other operations, as well as Samsung's new One UI 3.1 operating system.
