You’ll barely have time to toss your jack-o’-lantern before it’s all Christmas, all the time at Netflix. The streaming service is ushering in Yuletide throughout the month of November with the premiere of several original movies and series, such as A Christmas Catch. But if you're not ready for Christmas, there are still some Netflix originals.
The Promised Neverland made me cry... Oh, sorry, it’s time to review weekly new releases on Netflix.
No. I got to share my feelings while watching this wonderful animation! If you don’t mind... No you won’t mind! I know! You can’t imagine how moving it is.
It’s a Japanese animation released on Netflix in September. When you watch the scary episode 1, you’d never think of a tear-inducing episode 9.
The land is a dark world. The children are kept in captivity on the "farm", happy and comfortable, but unknowingly become the "ghost"’s food. The "mother" trusted by the children is actually the guardian behind it. Children make a plan to escape, but it turns out that there is a cliff outside the high wall. And Ray the partner is the insider of "mother".
The land is also a bright world. Emma is committed to others and insists on taking everyone away in the hope of life and freedom. Norman guards Emma's hope, burns himself out, and illuminates their way out. As for Ray, what he has to bear in his life alone is to use himself as a bridge to save his partner. Despite being misunderstood, he still uses his own method to wait for that night of despair and hope.
Even if it is deeper darkness outside, they are full of courage to face it. Because of them, there is a little light in the dark world.
The story is simple but perfect. The reason why human beings are human beings are wisdom, freedom and hope. If this inspires you a little bit, why not watch it all on Netflix?
OK back to the point now. Happy weekend:D
